Cancellations & Refund Policy

This Statement of Cancellation and Refund applies to www.swiftspot.com, www.longhornparking.com, and SwiftSpot, Inc. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to SwiftSpot, Inc. include www.swiftspot.com, www.longhornparking.com, and SwiftSpot. The SwiftSpot website is a ecommerce site. By using the SwiftSpot website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement. 

Cancellations and Refunds for Parkers

Parkers may cancel their booking by contacting the Swift Spot Support Team. Methods of contact include emailing support@swiftspot.com, submitting a message under “Contact Us” on the website, or calling the support number. If done within 24 hours of the event date (9am the day before), the cancellation will be approved and a refund issued to the Parker’s credit card. If the cancellation request falls within less than 24 hours of the event, no refund will be issued.

Cancellations for Hosts

Hosts may cancel their listing by contacting the Swift Spot Support Team. Methods of contact include emailing support@swiftspot.com, submitting a message under “Contact Us” on the website, or calling the support number. If done within 24 hours of the event date (9am the day before), the cancellation of the listing will be approved, the listing will be removed from the website, and a refund will be issued to a Parker if the spot had been booked.
